1/ 29/26 - Date of fire
1/30/26 - Accurate Reconstruction notified
2/2/26 - Tom Licciardi of Accurate Reconstruction performed his inspection
2/5/26 - Tom submitted his estimate to the Association's insurance carrier (CAU)
2/9/26 - Received approval from CAU
2/11/26 - Informational Zoom meeting with board
2/12/26 - Received executed contract for rebuild
2/20/26 - Introductory Zoom meeting scheduled with homeowners
2/24/26 - Architect's scheduled site inspection/visit
2/24/26 - All affected homeowners received a full listing of all repairs scheduled for each of their homes.
3/3/26 - We anticipate receiving the sealed plans from the architect next week, at which time we will submit our permit application packages. While waiting for this process to be completed, we recommend that those who received a betterment report from us provide that report to your individual homeowner's insurance adjuster. 3/12/26 - The architect is slightly behind the timing we had hoped for, but is finishing up his plans. He has committed to having them to us by Wednesday, 3/18. Once received, we will be able to submit our permit application package to the town. In the meantime, please have your individual homeowner's insurance adjusters reach out to us directly to discuss your individual claims. . 3/13/26 - We have submitted our interior demolition permits to the town. Interior demo will begin as soon as they give us the go-ahead.
3/19/26 - We have received the sealed construction drawings from the Architect. We will be submitting complete permit applications early next week.
3/23/26 - The Township has approved our demolition permit. We will begin the interior demolition of units 42 and 43 later this week.
3/31/26 - Demolition is well underway. As framing is now exposed, the truss manufacturer will inspect on Thursday to prepare for the new framing components.
